Does KFB have preferred vendors to perform repairs?

KFB Insurance does have a preferred vendor program called “Customer Assist.” Our Customer Assist program is intended to streamline and expedite the repair process with trusted partners across the state. The customer will always be encouraged to choose the shop of their choice, but should they choose a preferred vendor to perform the repairs, KFB will partner with them accordingly. For a list of our preferred vendors, please contact your KFB Insurance agent or your Claims representative.
