Kentucky Farm Bureau is now accepting applications for the 2022 Variety Showcase.  The purpose of the Variety Showcase is to recognize winners of the district variety contests and to give winners an opportunity to gain valuable experience performing before audiences.

Kentucky Farm Bureau is now accepting applications for the Outstanding Farm Bureau Youth Competition.  The purpose of the competition is to promote youth involvement in county Farm Bureau activities and to recognize leadership, achievements and awards in their schools and communities.

Fifty-three students participated in the 2019 production of Farm Follies.  The plays are written by local 7th and 8th grade Creativity Gifted and Talented Students and performed by 4th and 5th grade Drama Gifted and Talented Students.

The Women’s Committee of Henderson County Farm Bureau presented a check for $650 to the Henderson County Fire Department.

Hailee M. Hope, Mary Beth Mullican, Erin McClure O’Nan and Daxx Brayden Sugg, all seniors at Henderson County High School, each received a $500 college scholarship from Henderson County Farm Bureau.

Rich Heritage, Vibrant Arts, and Endless Vistas in Boyle County

Tucked into central Kentucky, Boyle County is home to meandering countryside, charming towns, and rich history. The county seat of Danville is known as the Birthplace of Kentucky. In the 1770s, the area’s central location on the “Wilderness Road,” blazed by Daniel Boone, led pioneers through Danville, which became a gathering spot for early settlers and political activity.
