Henderson County Farm Bureau Now Accepting College Scholarship Applications for the 2023-2024 Academic Year: Henderson County Farm Bureau will award an academic college scholarship for the 2022-2023 school term.

Now Accepting Applications for the 2022 KFB Variety Showcase: Kentucky Farm Bureau is now accepting applications for the 2022 Variety Showcase. The purpose of the Variety Showcase is to recognize winners of the district variety contests and to give winners an opportunity to gain valuable experience performing before audiences.

Now Accepting Applications for the 2021 Outstanding Farm Bureau Youth Competition: Kentucky Farm Bureau is now accepting applications for the Outstanding Farm Bureau Youth Competition. The purpose of the competition is to promote youth involvement in county Farm Bureau activities and to recognize leadership, achievements and awards in their schools and communities.

Henderson County Farm Bureau Announces 2020-2021 Scholarship Winners: Henderson County Farm Bureau awarded college scholarships to eleven students for the 2020-2021 academic year.

Senator Dorsey Ridley recognized for his service to Kentucky Agriculture: During a recent Henderson County Farm Bureau board meeting, Senator Dorsey Ridley was honored for his 14 years of service and advocacy on behalf of Kentucky Agriculture.

Dennis Elliott named "Agriculturist of the Year": Henderson County Farm Bureau Board Member “Dennis Elliott” was awarded the “Agriculturist of the Year” for his contributions to agriculture.

Tenth Annual Farm Follies Theater: Fifty-three students participated in the 2019 production of Farm Follies. The plays are written by local 7^th and 8^th grade Creativity Gifted and Talented Students and performed by 4^th and 5^th grade Drama Gifted and Talented Students.

Henderson County Farm Bureau Women's Committee makes donation to local fire department: The Women’s Committee of Henderson County Farm Bureau presented a check for $650 to the Henderson County Fire Department.

Henderson County students awarded Farm Bureau scholarships: Hailee M. Hope, Mary Beth Mullican, Erin McClure O’Nan and Daxx Brayden Sugg, all seniors at Henderson County High School, each received a $500 college scholarship from Henderson County Farm Bureau.

Henderson County Farm Bureau Receives 2017 Women's Gold Star Award of Excellence: Recognized for the achievements of its women’s program this year, Henderson County Farm Bureau received the 2017 Gold Star Award of Excellence during Kentucky Farm Bureau’s Annual Meeting in Louisville.

Henderson County Honored in Kentucky Farm Bureau's County Activities of Excellence Program: Henderson County Farm Bureau was honored as one of the five winners in the 2017 Kentucky Farm Bureau (KFB) County Activities of Excellence program. All five recipients of the award were recognized during the December 1 general session of KFB’s annual meeting in Louisville.

Rich Heritage, Vibrant Arts, and Endless Vistas in Boyle County
January 16, 2026: Tucked into central Kentucky, Boyle County is home to meandering countryside, charming towns, and rich history. The county seat of Danville is known as the Birthplace of Kentucky. In the 1770s, the area’s central location on the “Wilderness Road,” blazed by Daniel Boone, led pioneers through Danville, which became a gathering spot for early settlers and political activity.
