Community Focus - Food Check-Out

Food Check-Out Week is a time when farm bureau members, along with agriculture producers, make a special effort to reach out to food consumers, answering questions about food that is grown, and livestock that is raised. In celebration of this, the Lyon Co KFB board purchased food to give to the local food bank, Hope Food Bank. The office also accepted canned/boxed food donations from the community in an attempt to raise awareness of the cost and availability of food.
