Kentucky Farm Bureau sponsered the recent Kentucky Leopold Conservation Award's event by the Sand County Foundation.

In its ongoing efforts to help young people become involved in the agriculture industry as well as to share with them more about Kentucky Farm Bureau (KFB) as an organization, a program was created specifically for college students to assist in achieving these goals.

When you think of Kentucky, many things come to mind from beautiful horses to endless acres of some of the best farmland anywhere. But for those of us who live here and are members of Kentucky Farm Bureau (KFB), we know that educating our young people is the most important thing we can do.

The National Safety Council and Kentucky Farm Bureau are promoting National Farm Safety and Health Week September 17 – 23. 

Kentucky Farm Bureau’s (KFB)  Institute for Future Agricultural Leaders (IFAL) has proven to be a successful, long-running program providing a unique summer leadership conference, now reaching a second generation of high school junior students.

Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles announced today that voluntary “ag tag” donations in the 2017 fiscal year that ended June 30 amounted to $629,865.43, setting a record for the largest amount donated since the program began.

The American Farm Bureau Federation and National FFA Organization signed a memorandum of understanding to grow leaders, build communities and strengthen agriculture.
