Nine Scott County high school seniors received college scholarships from Scott County Farm Bureau. In partnership with County Farm Bureaus, the Kentucky Farm Bureau Education Foundation awarded $465,400 this year to deserving students from across the Commonwealth.

Kentucky Farm Bureau held its annual Legislative Drive-In in Frankfort on Wednesday, March 7, 2018. During the Drive-In, Farm Bureau members met with their state senators and representatives and advocated on behalf of agriculture.

Tucked into central Kentucky, Boyle County is home to meandering countryside, charming towns, and rich history. The county seat of Danville is known as the Birthplace of Kentucky. In the 1770s, the area’s central location on the “Wilderness Road,” blazed by Daniel Boone, led pioneers through Danville, which became a gathering spot for early settlers and political activity.
