Feldhaus is winding down his feature series with Dr. Dean Smith, who’ll be retiring as Dean of the UK College of Agriculture, Food and Environment. Looking back on his tenure he says a major positive for the ag sector is that we now include in that conversation the entire food production chain; from farm gate, through processing, retailing, and ‘on to the table.’
