A report on the current home owner educational program underway in Fayette County called “No P on My Lawn.”  In this case explains UK extension horticulturist< Rick Durham, the “p” is for phosphorous in fertilizers.  And while agricultural levels of this element have been decreasing in recent years, urban levels are rising, and that’s creating a problem.
