Lebanon County farmer Joe Paul Mattingly has been a multi-year participant in Farm Bureau’s Farmer Idea Exchange in the past. That program, now called the Agricultural Innovation Exchange, is seeking money and time saving ideas from farmers, with a program entry deadline of October 1.
