The Tree Farmer of the Year field day is set for Oct 2 on the Taylor County farm of Harry and Karen Pelle. UK extension forester, Billy Thomas, says landowners are invited to check out some of the on-farm practices that make this farm a unique model for optimizing woodland resources.
