Not only will the 2018 Beef Bash at the University of Kentucky Research and Education Center in Princeton be a day of learning, it will also be a day to celebrate the retirement of Beef Cattle Specialist Dr. Roy Burris.  Dr. Lee Anderson talks about the celebration that is planned and invites Dr. Burris’s friends to come and help honor him for 40 years of work and dedication to the beef cattle industry in Kentucky.
