It’s called a ‘taste of the mountains’ field day (Sep 22), and event planners are cooking up some tempting taste treats for those who attend the event at UK’s Robinson Center in Breathitt County. Field day coordinator, Dr. David Ditsch, talks about some of the traditional features of this regional field day, and their efforts to showcase some of the specialties of this region of the state.
