The University of Kentucky Grain and Forage Center of Excellence at the Research and Education Center in Princeton will officially open with a ribbon cutting Thursday, September 19.  Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles talks about the partnership behind the center and how it will place the U.K. Cooperative Extension Service on a new level.
