Kentucky’s grain production system is primarily on a two-year, three-crop rotation system. Feldhaus and extension agronomist Carrie Knott explain that system for non-farmers and talk about 2013 rain delayed corn planting, which is making harvest later than normal, which will impact winter wheat planting and yields.
