The University of Kentucky College of Agriculture recently said thank you to retiring Extension Beef Cattle Specialist Dr. Roy Burris.  Among those honoring him were College of Agriculture, Food and Environment Dean Dr. Nancy Cox, fellow Beef Cattle Specialist Dr. Les Anderson and Kentucky Cattlemen’s Association Executive Director Dave Maples.
