Feldhaus provides one more look at the candidates for Commissioner of Agriculture, today, with Jean-Marie Lawson Spann who spoke before the state board of Kentucky Farm Bureau. Spann spoke of her budgetary priorities for the department of agriculture, about export expansion, and to grow the Kentucky Proud program.
