A feature on the success of the Kentucky Center for Agriculture and Rural Development in landing a $200,000 USDA grant for its yearly operations.  Executive Director, Aleta Botts, says that amount combined with support from the state ag development board, enables KCARD to assist new ag entrepreneurs with everything from creating a business plan to grant writing.
