Governor Steve Beshear was recently on hand to break ground for construction of the new 23.4 million dollar Murray State University Breathitt Veterinary Center in Hopkinsville.  Governor Beshear says with the recently completed renovation of the University of Kentucky Diagnostic Laboratory in Lexington and the soon to be completed diagnostic lab in Hopkinsville, the state will have two state of the art labs that will benefit agriculture and the general public.
