The Kentucky Pork industry employs more than six-thousand people and provides more than two million dollars in income to families in the state.  Kentucky Pork Producer’s Executive Director Bonnie Jolly talks about the pork industry in the state, some companies that rely on the pork industry and the interest among young people in swine and country ham projects.
