Posted on Nov 26, 2014Using existing facilities and unused food that would have gone to waste the new Campus Kitchen in the UK College of Ag has won a national grant to further its efforts in feeding the community’s hungry. Amanda Hege, Director of Outreach for the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition, provides details of this student-led effort, the first in the Commonwealth.
