Kentucky 4-H has kicked off Phase II of its campaign to upgrade its four “summer camp” facilities most of which were built in the 50’s. Keith Rogers with the 4-H Foundation says a major contribution from a corporate partner has enabled them to have the first groundbreaking for a rehab project at their Feltner camping center in London.
