The North American International Livestock Exposition is undergoing a change this week as dairy animals transition out and meat animals fill the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville.  North American Assistant Manager Catherine Riley talks about the meat animal shows, the return of the donkey show and the National Finals Rodeo Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
