The programs of the 2014 farm bill are about to go into effect in early 2015 and FSA officials in Kentucky have set up a series of workshops to help farmers work through the complexities of available options. FSA Program Chief for Kentucky, Marcinda Kester, discusses a few of the choices and urges farmers to take the opportunity to at least update their farm yield data at this time.
