Gasoline with 15 percent ethanol could be available across the state as early as June of 2019, according to Commonwealth Agri Energy President Mick Henderson.  He talks with host Alan Watts about how that will impact corn farmers across the country, drivers in Kentucky and corn farmers in the state.
