Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt says there will soon be a replacement to the Waters of the U.S. rule that will be more friendly to agriculture and rural America.  Adminstrator Pruitt discussed the repeal of the existing WOTUS rule and what is in the new plan with host Alan Watts and fellow farm broadcasters during the National Association of Farm Broadcasters Washington Watch in late April.
