From bass production for pond stocking to red claw crayfish for high end restaurants, research at Kentucky State University will be on display next Thursday in Frankfort at KSU’s aquaculture field day. Dr. Bob Durburrow at KSU’s aquaculture research center says from minnows to marketing, they take a thorough look at the big picture before promoting a particular line of production.
