May is “beef month” and the folks at the Ky Beef Council are busy with promotion activities, from the Kentucky Derby Burger cooking contest to a barn storming tour of media appearances throughout the state.  The council’s Kiah Twissleman is featured discussing the inclusion of lean beef in a healthy diet and covering some back yard grilling tips.
