Talk about specialty crops; the Jefferson County farmer who operates Dohn and Dohn Gardens on just ten acres is keeping that operation going, in large part, by growing and supply mint for the mint juleps at Churchill Downs.  Bill Dohn says the 2016 crop has been a real winner.
