The Memorial Day weekend unofficial kick-off to the summer season means more free time for youth and that means families with ATVs need to properly “fit” the vehicle power and size to the limitations of their youngsters.  University of Kentucky farm safety specialist, Mark Purschwitz, discusses a few of the safety basics.
