We’re now in the middle of Kentucky u-pick strawberry season and Feldhaus visits with Danny VanMeter of Grayson County, one of the largest producers in the state. He discusses the move toward “plasticulture” production to keep weeds down and visiting “u-pickers” more comfortable.  He also talks about his favorite varieties and the opportunity for more strawberry producers in the state.
