With winter weather difficulties delaying the end of school for many counties across the state, you’d think the last thing a teacher would be thinking about is a professional improvement workshop in June. But says a multi-year veteran of the Farm Bureau’s Summer Teachers’ Workshops, these regional seminars offer professional development credits and some agriculture-themed, very effective, hands-on tools for teachers to use throughout the year.
