Kentucky Farm Bureau Executive Vice-President David Beck recently announced that he will become the President and CEO of the Kentucky Fair Board July 1^st.  Beck talks with host Alan Watts about some his initial plans to improve and enhance the Kentucky Exposition Center and the International Convention Center and the connection to agriculture.
