A follow-up report today with Rebecca Woods, coordinator of the Kentucky Regional Food Processing Center in Jackson County, where they’re hosting an open house next Tuesday, May 24. Woods says a special guest will be a Madison County farmer who’s use he center’s facilities to process and package a new food product that they are now selling at Kroger stores.
