The season for roadside farm market greenhouse operations has kicked into high gear with Mother’s Day weekend drawing a big crowd out to the farm. Scott County’s Bi-water Farm and Greenhouse is having a strong season. Steve Fister, part of that family operation, talks about the strength in sales in these opening weeks.
