From Breathitt County’s Bobcat Bread to Mayfield High School’s baked fajitas, the Ky Ag Departments new “junior chefs competition” is growing by leaps and bounds. Program coordinator, Tina Garland, says the result has been healthier eating with more local foods served in school cafeterias.
