Scores of Kentucky farmers will be participating in Farm Bureau’s Legislative Drive-In in Frankfort today. The farm group’s legislative coordinator, Jeff Harper, discusses some of the issue of concern to farmers and how this personal visit with legislators helps move their positions forward.
