CAIP stands for the County Ag Investment Program, and is part of the state ag development structure designed to distribute and invest Phase I tobacco settlement funds to help build ag infrastructure here to offset the decline of burley tobacco. Feldhaus visits with Estill County extension agent, Eric Baker, to see which programs are attracting participation in that east central Kentucky County.
