The Eastern Tent Caterpillar has not been impacted in the slightest by Kentucky’s harsh winter weather. In fact, UK extension entomologist, Lee Townsend, says in recent years of casual observation he thinks their populations are increasing. Townsend has suggestions for dealing with these spring pests around the home and on the farm.
