Melissa Miller, Executive Director of the Ky 4-H Council, talks about the Triple Crown of Kentucky agriculture, 4-H, FFA, and Ky Proud; as those entities are the beneficiaries of the state’s “Ag Tag” program, encouraging farmer donations at license renewal time.  Miller highlights a few of last year’s leading donation counties.
