Kentucky is one of three states involved in a Department of Energy-funded program to help consumers do on-line, home energy assessments. The project is being coordinated by the UK extension service and senior extension associate, Beverly Miller, is doing some of the training, which will allow residents to get baseline information on their energy utilization to help them better manage their energy costs.
