A report on Harlan County’s recent efforts to work with the local school board in getting a Vocational Education teacher back in the school system, with one goal to re-start a local FFA chapter. Local farm bureau president, Don Miniard, says a coalition of local groups came together for the effort, which long term, is viewed as a local resource in surfacing new, young leadership in the community.
