Although the deadline to respond to the Census of Agriculture was in early February, only 40 percent of farmers and landowners have complied.  National Ag Statistics Service Eastern Mountain Region Director David Knopf says farmer still need to respond online or by mail, or they will  receive a phone call from the National Ag Statistics Service.
