It’s just about time for consumers and CSA’s to get together and work out their arrangements for the coming crop year. Community Supported Agriculture matches consumer with produce farmers where families pre-pay for a weekly basket of fresh produce right out of the field. Hopkins County extension agent Andy Rideout explains the process and its success.
