Kentucky farmers are concerned about a proposal that would freeze the state property tax rate and result in a tax increase.  Breckinridge County farmer Pat Henderson, who chairs the Farm Bureau Tax Committee, says farmers want to see the current property tax structure, that was adopted in 1979, remain in place.
