It’s “Ag Tag Time” again in Kentucky. State ag commissioner Ryan Quarles explains the importance of farm vehicle license plate owners in making their “ag tag” donations in March. Through the program operators of vehicles with farm plates can make special donations to help fund 4-H, FFA, and Kentucky Proud.
