The dates are still pending but the opening for applications to a USDA value added farm grant program could be very valuable to some new and expanding ag entrepreneurs here. Myrisa Christie with the Ky Center for Ag and Rural Development (KCARD), says they’re developing webinars and new classes to help Kentuckians have a chance to qualify for this program to build ag enterprises here.
