As the downturn in tobacco as a cash crop has led to farmers moving into new fields of economic endeavor, for some typical farmers who previously produced beef and tobacco, moving into the equine sector has been a choice. Feldhaus does a story on a field day next week in Scott County on the farm of a man who’s successfully made that transition. Fayette County extension agent, Nick Carter, provides details.
