A feature story on Ronnie and Clara Patton the last dairy farmers in Laurel County who’ve now added a cheese making business to keep the dairy going. Clara says that KCARD was instrumental in their progress and that they are now making three types of cheddar along with a Colby and a gouda.  And their Wildcat Mountain Cheese  is also on Facebook.
