It will be a slow process but there seems to be increasing interest in canola as Kentucky crop to be used in the corn/soybean/wheat production rotation. Seed researcher, Brian Caldbeck, says progress so far is slow, but that there’s plenty of potential. He says there is a learning curve but farmers here are adapting well to producing this unique crop.
