The CSA program for “community supported agriculture’ projects are typically more popular in more urban areas, but it turns out that Madisonville in Hopkins County has three of its own CSA’s in operation. Local extension agent for horticulture, Andy Rideout, talks about why they’re so popular in his community for farmers and for consumers.
