A Pike County CSA operator is making vegetable production a “year round” income producer through low tunnels and small plots. Cathy Rehmeyer produces about 20 different types of cool season crops, and because of very intense demand, has stepped up her marketing from social media posts to a winter-time CSA contract arrangement.
